My name is David.

My wife, Sarah, and I are setting this up for her father, Rocky. He has been having issues with his leg. It started with a bypass on the leg. The bypass completely failed, and they are having to amputate his right leg. We are trying to help him out with medical bills and the bills he will have to cover when he gets out of the hospital.
