Jodie is a loving grandmother who cherishes time with her granddaughters. She finds peace being around horses, and she loves visiting the beach and exploring waterfalls. These simple joys have helped her stay positive through years of health challenges. The journey has been tough on our family—emotionally, mentally, and physically. Jodie has been unable to work due to her dialysis treatments, and we are living off my disability check after I lost my leg last year. Despite these hardships, we remain hopeful for a brighter future after her transplant.
We are raising funds to help cover the costs of a motel room for the night before surgery, gas for the many trips to and from the hospital, medication and medical co-pays, and food during this time. Any support, whether through donations, sharing our story, or prayers for Jodie and Sara, means the world to us. Thank you for standing with us on this journey.
