Hola a todos! Soy Rosalio Lobos, papà de Sigfrido Exequiel Lobos Sigaran, popularmente conocido como: Polo, originario de El Salvador, tiene 53 años de edad, quien actualmente esta siendo tratado en el hospital Meritus Medical Center en Hagerstown, Maryland necesita urgentemente un transplante de riñon y por no tener seguro medico todos los gastos de su enfermedad corren por su cuenta. Su enfermedad no le permite trabajar para pagar dichos gastos, razon por la cual acudo a su gran bondad familia y amigos y todo aquel que nos pueda apoyar a recaudar dichos fondos para el tratamiento de mi hijo Polo con lo que sea su voluntad y poder darle una sugunda oportunindad de vida. De antemano muchas gracias y que Dios les bendiga a cada uno de ustedes por su gran corazon.
