Greetings!
My name is Guymax Orlovitz. I’m writing to you from a small town in northern Michigan called Kalkaska. I’m a 66-year-old gentleman transplant from NYC, where I grew up. To be frank, I can’t believe that my medical issue has come to this. I’ve exhausted all other financial options, both charitable and earned. In reality, my life to this date has been filled with laughter, joy, pain, and sorrow. I have loved and lost. My opportunities have provided for a fantastic view of the world, its cultures, turmoils, and prejudices. I believe that we should be fair towards each other, and as the saying goes, treat others as you would treat yourself. I’ve not always adhered to that creed, but it does provide a baseline for me to guide my life through this dynamic maze.
The issue at hand is quite simple. My dental health has declined to the point where I cannot consume sufficient nutrition to provide both enough caloric energy and minimal proteins for a sustained healthy senior. I was plagued with a side-effect from a prescribed medicine that essentially cut my teeth away at the gum line. To that end, I must have the remains of each tooth surgically removed, and that will leave me with a mouth that is not a pleasant sight for anyone. Hence, my plea to acquire dental implants. Yes, they are not cheap, and in my best hope, in the remainder of my lifetime, I will not be able to facilitate the procurement of that procedure. So, I am faced with telling my story to the general public, anyone who will listen, to humbly request donations to help make this happen. I don’t know what else to say except thank you for listening and thank you for your generous donation, no matter what the size is.
