Hola soy el señor González y le pido su ayuda por favor necesito su ayuda urgente ya que estoy hospitalizado por motivo de una bacteria en la sangre y hueso y consecuencia seme daño los riñones y tengo líquido en los pulmones y otras condiciones y necesito varias cosa que el plan médico no cubre y yo no tengo recursos es por eso que le pido su ayuda por poco que sea se llega gracias dios lo bendiga gracias
