Help Save Jesse: A Father’s Fight Against End-Stage Liver Cirrhosis
Dear friends and family,
With a heavy heart, I reach out to you today on behalf of my father, Jesus “Jesse” Serrano. At just 56 years old, Jesse has been battling end-stage liver cirrhosis for the past seven years. Despite his strength and resilience, his condition has now progressed to the point where his liver is failing, impacting other vital organs and leaving him immobile and unable to care for himself.
Recently, Jesse was found unconscious at home and was rushed to the hospital, where he was placed in a coma. Doctors have informed us that he is no longer a candidate for a liver transplant due to the severity of his condition. However, we refuse to give up on him. His wife, Evelyn, is tirelessly seeking out specialists who might offer hope and a chance for a new life.
Evelyn is the sole breadwinner, working full-time to support their family. With Jesse’s condition worsening, she is taking time off to advocate for his health and explore every possible avenue for treatment. The financial burden of medical bills, travel expenses for consultations, and potential treatments is overwhelming.
How You Can Help:
We are humbly asking for your support. Any contribution, no matter how small, will go directly towards.
Medical Expenses: Hospital stays, tests, and treatments.
Travel Costs: Visiting specialists and seeking second opinions.
Daily Living Support: Assisting with household expenses during this challenging time.
Updates and Gratitude:
We will keep you informed with regular updates on Jesse’s condition and the impact of your generous donations. Your support, whether through a donation or by sharing this campaign, means the world to us. It offers us hope and strength in this difficult journey.
Thank you for being a part of Jesse’s fight. Together, we can make a difference.
