Hello, my name’s Barbara and many that know me know that I’ve struggled with severe Crohn’s disease for the past two years, resulting in multiple blood transfusions and lengthy hospital stays. Recently, they unfortunately found a tumor on my colon which is cancerous. It is stage 2 and early on.
I’m a bartender and have always been a workaholic, but my doctor has suggested I take time off to focus on my recovery. As of late, I’ve had many treatments, chemo, procedures, extreme nausea, immense pain, and absolutely zero energy.
I never ask for help, or anything from people for that matter. It’s even embarrassing to me to be doing this publicly, as I usually deal with things privately. But I am desperate at this point. I’m just asking for a little financial help for medical bills and living expenses until I can get back on my feet. Anything will help.
