Help Brandon’s Family Stay in Their Home

My name is Brandon, and I’m reaching out for help after a series of life-changing injuries left me unable to work and struggling to support my family. I was a truck driver until a delivery accident caused a traumatic brain injury, leaving me with constant headaches and short-term memory loss. While trying to recover, I also suffered a severe back injury that required spinal fusion surgery. Complications from that surgery led to months of pain and the discovery of a damaged ureter, which caused dangerous fluid buildup. After multiple procedures, I lost my right kidney and now face kidney failure in my left. I’ve been fighting for disability benefits for three years with an attorney, but we’re still waiting for approval.

My wife has taken on the role of both caregiver and provider, working as a medical assistant at a doctor’s office while also driving me to at least six doctor appointments each month. We have two teenage daughters—my oldest loves drawing and tattoo art, and my youngest enjoys spending time with friends and going to the movies. My wife’s family has been helping us pay our rent each month, but their support can’t last much longer. Our medical bills and living expenses keep growing, and I worry every day about keeping a roof over our heads.

Any support you can give—whether it’s a donation or sharing our story—means the world to us. I never imagined having to ask for help, but I’m doing this for my family. Thank you from the bottom of my heart for your kindness and support. Your help gives us hope and a chance to keep going during this difficult time.

Tranding Fundraisers

I’ve created this fundraiser on behalf of my dear friends, Sarah and James, who are enduring every parent’s worst nightmare — the loss of their beloved son, Leo.

We’re heartbroken to share that our dear friend Alex passed away far too soon. His light, his laughter, his incredible spirit — they touched so many, and his absence is deeply felt.

Hi everyone — Angela here, writing on behalf of Matthew (for now). On December 6th, completely out of the blue, Matthew suffered a severe stroke.
