My name is Lisa Harjo. I have been lost in a world of drugs for years. I have missed so much but I have found hope in restoring my future, my life. I have friends and family that have missed me for years and would like to have me back. I have begun the treatment, and therapy to restore my sanity and obtain the tools and knowledge I need to stay sober. Thanks to Greenhouse I recognize that the underlying issues that caused me to choose drugs to cope with stems from my trauma. In the group “Breaking the Silence,” I had the invaluable opportunity to share my experiences with other women. I’m a loving mother here trying to keep my motivations for not only myself, but for my family. Its refreshing to know that I have a professionals and staff alike here with the Greenhouse family. Drugs left without a home, the loss of a career, and clothing. I’m starting over, I’m scared, but I remain hopeful and inspired by the people in my treatment environment. With this in mind, I am facing the rare humbling task of asking for financial assistance. I can’t complete my journey without the contributions of the community to see me through to a prosperous treatment. Help me continue my journey, I humbly ask for your assistance.
