Hello, my name is Tawnya and I was diagnosed with Valley Fever. This has been torment. I haven’t been able to work because I’ve been so sick.

I have bills that are due and I really need some help. I need help with groceries and to be able to pay the other half of my rent along with my car insurance. Please. Anything helps.
