Sidney’s mother, Patsy Moore Clemons, is leading this effort to ensure her daughter receives every possible chance at recovery. Sidney is surrounded by a loving family, including her three sisters—Charley Clemons, Devon, and Morgan—as well as her aunts Charlotte and Charlene, Jamie Moore, and her special friend Michelle Capps. At the same time, Sidney’s two young daughters, Charlotte Rose and Alexis, are in need of support. Charlotte Rose, just three years old, only knows her mom as her world, while Alexis, who recently turned nine, loves sports and school. Both girls are facing uncertainty and need stability and care during this incredibly difficult time.
