Alasia’s Big Surgery to Come home!

Hello everyone, my name is Anna. I am the mother of this beautiful little girl, Alasia.

My daughter has been through several surgeries and procedures, well over 40 of them. We have been fighting to do a surgery to get her safely decannulated so she can come home and be with us.

I got good news last month in May that there was a surgery to help her be safely decannulated, but unfortunately, the main part of the surgery to complete it was denied by her Medicaid. She currently resides in Utah and has Utah Medicaid. Our portion to pay will be $3700, and we just do not have that type of money to pay for the surgery, so I’m reaching out on here to see if anyone would bless us with some donations for our daughter and her surgery. This is a very extreme surgery. It’s an open laryngotracheal reconstruction surgery. We have been waiting almost 8 years to get some sort of surgery for her so she can come home. When we got this news, it was by far the best news we have gotten, but due to the Utah Medicaid she is under, it will not cover the rib graft that is needed to do the surgery.

We really just want our little girl home with us safe and without any further airway issues, so if anybody can find it in their hearts to donate anything, a dollar or $0.50, I don’t really care. If you guys can also share this, that would be amazing. She is supposed to have the surgery on June 17, so I really need to raise this money by then to pay the out-of-pocket expenses for the surgery and a little extra for travel expenses to be there for a week while she is in recovery.

Thank you all for your time, support and generosity, and maybGod shed Blessings upon you all

Tranding Fundraisers

I’ve created this fundraiser on behalf of my dear friends, Sarah and James, who are enduring every parent’s worst nightmare — the loss of their beloved son, Leo.

We’re heartbroken to share that our dear friend Alex passed away far too soon. His light, his laughter, his incredible spirit — they touched so many, and his absence is deeply felt.

Hi everyone — Angela here, writing on behalf of Matthew (for now). On December 6th, completely out of the blue, Matthew suffered a severe stroke.
