Hello my name is Alex Moran and I have been transitioning medically since 21 but socially since 19. I would have started sooner but I attended Catholic school and this stunted my ability to express myself. I have top surgery and a hysterectomy coming up and though most is covered by insurance not all of it is. Any help would be appreciated
