Ms. Charlotte has always been a source of warmth and encouragement in our department, known for her kindness and unwavering support for everyone around her. Now, she and her son Nicholas are facing a difficult time. Nicholas is currently hospitalized and battling a serious illness. Without insurance or a close support system, the financial burden of his hospital bills, ongoing medical costs, and travel needs has become overwhelming for their family.
