My name is Cody. I work full-time as a waiter in Santa Fe, New Mexico. Recently, I have developed several pressing health issues. I was in the hospital for gastrointestinal issues and have been unable to pay the bill. Now, I need to fix my teeth. I also need cataract surgery.
