I’m writing to you today with a heavy heart, as I am facing a challenging health situation. I quit my job because I’m suffering a severe osteoarthritis, I’ve been diagnosed with bone deformities and need to undergo a knee replacement surgery as soon as possible. This surgery is essential for my recovery and to help me regain my mobility, quality of life and most importantly to stand on my feet for getting back to work as soon as possible to support my family.
I am a single Mom, me and my 3 boys are facing difficulties to get a loan approval, and the surgery itself is expensive, and we’re also facing costs for rent, car lease, billing, education expenses and other expenses that we can’t afford to pay.
